Apply for a Loan
If you are an existing Credit Union of Vermont: A Division of Vermont Federal Credit Union member and would like to open a new loan, please visit us at our Rutland Branch at 2 South Main Street. Our local team will work with you to review your options, answer any questions about rates and terms, and help you select the loan that best fits your needs. You can apply in person, complete any required documentation, and receive personalized guidance throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition and continued access to the products and services you rely on.
For new members, you can join Vermont Federal Credit Union directly at www.vermontfederal.org and gain access to a wide range of products and services, including checking and savings accounts, mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, home equity options, and convenient online and mobile banking tools. However, if you need in-branch access to your accounts through June 1, 2026, you can continue to use our existing suite of products and services at our Rutland branch location. During this transition period, you will still be able to conduct your day-to-day banking activities, such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries.
